The Replacement (Broken, #6)

The Replacement (Broken, #6) - Kol Anderson I love this series. I like how it alternates between dark and depraved drama. This is more of a look inside piece. We find out where everyone stands right now.

Carter, probably as a defense mechanism, is accepting and starting to crave what has been happening to him.Didn't matter what the world thought, or what his previous self thought of him, Carter knew he had done all of it to survive, and he had survived.
It wasn't so black and white, it wasn't so cut and dry, it just wasn't—
I'm wondering what's up with Master...Why is he acting that way toward Carter? Carter and Joshua...both have been so emotionally deadened that I don't see how there could be anything between them in the future.

Aaron is finding that it isn't so easy to return to life as it was before. And sure enough, one of those things or some combination of all of those things, became far too difficult to bear any longer and Aaron gave in, gave up—he didn't know yet.
I really liked the idea of him fantasizing about Vince. I love that both have gotten under each other's skin. And I am eager to find out given Aaron's current disposition and situation, how the next meeting between them will go. Just wanna throw in, I wouldn't be opposed to Sebastian shooting Eric in a future episode.
