I really enjoyed this book. The lead is really likable. He has cool powers, but he isn't all full of himself because of it. He knows he isn't the toughest thing around. I understood the world easily. The details were woven into the storyline well. I didn't feel lost or bored by too much background info. I was interested in the mystery. It wasn't too easy to solve, and the plot made sense. I'll definitely be continuing this series.
