Fangirl Moments and My Two Cents

This is an emotional read, especially for a parent. Both of the leads are parents and have been through hell. They sense the pain in each other that only another who has felt this pain can understand. Trying to love again with so many potential blocks is difficult. The author does a good job of showing life after tragedy and how it effects everyone differently. Even if you have nothing in common with the characters, you can relate to them. The Darkest Sunrise is part of a duet so don't expect to have all problems resolved at its end.
I enjoy a read that makes me feel. TDS definitely delivered. I can't wait to dive into The Brightest Sunset.
