A-freaking-mazing!This book had sooo much action: pirates, slaves, magic, fancy dinner parties, fires, ships, voodoo, a crocodile, kidnapping, a trained pelican, brothels, a killer on the loose, funny weddings...just wow. It really has everything. And catching up on all the things that have happened over time, just...IDK. I was not expecting anything that came.“Do ye want me?" he whispered. "Sassenach, will ye take me - and risk the man that I am, for the sake of the man ye knew?”
Great story. My love for Jamie continues to grow. As much as I love him, I just don't know if I could handle the crazy life and wild times.
